Pregnancy yoga
This yoga class is specifically created for pregnancy. Through movement and breath we prepare body & mind for birth, build strength, find release and deep relaxation. Each week we discuss a topic around pregnancy/birth which helps support you on your way to a positive birth experience!
Suitable for all levels and open to those from second trimester. Please check with your health care provider before attending. Beginners welcome!


Postnatal mum & baby yoga
Postnatal yoga for mama with a focus on rebuilding strength postpartum and finding some calm in the chaos of newborn motherhood! This class is suitable for those 6+ weeks postpartum (10w post c-section) & pre-crawling babies. Please check with your GP before attending. Beginners welcome!
